"I think I'm most proud of growing my work team from 2 to 35, just in the past couple of years. We design hotels. I love the process of being able to create something that's super-custom, that's not a stamp you see everywhere else. Recently, my favorite projects are a couple of boutique hotels in the city that are to be opened next year."
