Katie is a coach and the founder of The Dessert Club, which teaches people how to eat intuitively and without dieting through 8-week, small group courses. She spent years frustrated with eating and her body, and the process of dealing with all of those issues transformed her entire life. She's passionate about figuring out the deeper things that influence our eating and our lives, and helping others do the same. Katie's favorite baked goods are gooey chocolate brownies, apple pie, and warm shortbread cookies.
