There's A Farm Where You Can Do Yoga With Baby Goats (!!!)

Here is a list of things that are good:

•Yoga

•Being outside

•Family owned farms

•Cute little goats

If all those things separately are good, putting them all together would be even better, right? HELL YES!

If you’re lucky enough to live near Willamette Valley in Oregon, you can get a dose of outdoor yoga with cute little goats at No Regrets Farm.

Lainey Morse, a former photographer who runs the farm and is the mastermind behind Goat Yoga, says the classes are a big hit with participants. The yoga itself isn't anything out of the ordinary, but the setting and the goat company are a real winning combination.

The goats don’t actually do any yoga themselves (though that doesn't stop them from some absolutely glorious photo-ops). But they like to be around people, so why shouldn’t they be there for yoga?

“My goats are very social and friendly animals and love to interact with people,” says Morse in an Oregonian newspaper profile of the farm. “Animals are known to have so many health benefits for humans as well, so the mix of goats and yoga seemed to fit.”

In addition to yoga with goats, farm visitors can participate in Goat Happy Hours. I think we can all agree that No Regrets Farm sounds like the happiest goat place on earth!
