Nicole Sprinkle is the Restaurant Critic for Seattle Weekly and has written for publications and blogs such as The New York Times Motherlode, Huffington Post Parents, Cherry Bombe magazine, and more. She is a former health editor at Parenting magazine and a marketing manager at Random House. A longtime New Yorker, Nicole moved to Seattle five years ago.
